Return & Exchange Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please email customercare@spreadhome.com immediately.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, we follow a proof-first verification system.

Steps to follow:

  1. Email Us: Send a request to customercare@spreadhome.com within 7 days.
  2. Submit Proof: You must attach clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the invoice.
  3. Review Process: Our team will review the evidence within 24–48 hours. Once the issue is confirmed, we will authorize the return or exchange request.

 3. Eligible Reasons for Return

  • Defective/Damaged: Manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
  • Wrong Item: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
  • Change of Mind: If the product does not meet your expectations, a 5% restocking fee (for freight and handling) will be deducted from your total refund.

  • The Reward: If you share a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the shipping label and the product condition, we will send you up to a 5% discount coupon for your next purchase!
  • Loyalty Perk: This video acts as your Instant Approval Guarantee. It provides 100% proof of any issues, ensuring your return or exchange is authorized immediately without the need for further investigation.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Processing: Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days of the product arriving back at our warehouse and passing inspection. 
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Refunded via NEFT transfer. (Please provide your Account Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code.)
  • Reflections: Please allow 2–3 additional days for the credit to appear in your bank statement.

Note:- 

Bank Details: For all returns, the bank account details provided for the refund must belong to the same person who placed the order. We do not process refunds to third-party accounts.


 6. Non-Returnable Items

Customized products (e.g., logo embroidery, special custom sizes) are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Note:-

Items must be in original condition, unused, with proper original packaging and tags attached to qualify for return.

Without packaging, returns will not be acceptable.
