To cancel an order.
One can cancel an order by calling our customer service representative at the mentioned numbers at the bottom of the website or you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Its our prerogative to cancel the order after hearing the customers complaint for returning the product. Returns will be accepted only for Damaged/ Defective products. You will need to inform us of any damage/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

Return Notice Period
Return process can be initiated in first 15 days of buying the product. Between 15- 30 days, if such a request has been placed then only 50% of the total amount, is reimbursed. After a period of 30 days, no such requests are acceptable.
Refunds will be credited into customers account within 15 days of accepting the refund process.

We almost provide free shipping (except for Big furniture items) but for the courtesy of shipping cost we add INR 5 in the total cost.
